Please Note the following:

  • $10.00 per signature fee is mandated by the California Secretary of State.
  • Full fees apply if borrowers are a “No Show” or refuse to sign at the time of appointment.

  • Loan Signings - All Fees for service is due in full for completed signings, even if the loan  does not fund.
